The
Mascoprint automatic cylindrical pen printer is
utilised for applying a single colour screen print
around the circumference of pens and pencils.
Print
is located on pen barrels using a simple clip
registration system. Once printed the product
is carried through an infra red drying tunnel
and batch counted into containers. Print speeds
can vary slightly from one product to the other,
but typically the machine could be expected to
produce 2500 finished parts per hour.
The
Mascoprint automatic pen printer has also been
adapted successfully for printing medical syringes
and cotton bobbins, although the same principle
design could be utilised for any small diameter
tube, jar or bottle.
