The MASCOMATIC COMPACT
is as the name suggests a very compact semi-automatic
flat bed screen printing press designed to offer the flexibility for printing
a wide variety of flat surfaced products ranging from lightweight PVC sheet to
3 dimensional plastic mouldings and metal chassis. This machine can be bench
mounted or fitted to a floor stand with or without lockable wheels.
The MASCOMATIC COMPACT is fully pneumatic in operation and therefore virtually
maintenance free. The print head lifts and lowers the screen parallel with the
print bed to avoid any displacement of ink as products are loaded and unloaded
onto the print bed. The print cycle is activated by a two-button start, which
must
remain depressed until the head is lowered and locked down into the print position.
All print settings are mechanically adjusted, primarily with quick release (hand
turned) fittings to minimise the need for special tools and aid rapid set up
and change over from one job to another.
