This big extra flexible series of electro-pneumatic machines with numeric control is the result of applied experience and research in pad-printing technology. 

The TG250MC has been created to satisfy the printing requirements in more colours on medium/large surfaces.  Built to be inserted in any automatic production line, it can also be employed by an operator (manual loading and unloading).

Description Multi colour sealed ink cup pad printing machine with PLC controlled electro-pneumatic servo assisted motors.

Ink cup size

 Optional, 60mm, 90mm, 135mm or 160mm Ø diameter ink cups available, dependant on print area and number of colours required.
Operation Push button, foot pedal or auto cycle operation.

Set up

 Built in logic for machine set up with step by step push button operation and ink cup cycle with or without pad operation.
Print speed Maximum auto cycle speed 400-800 printed parts per hour depending on number of colours printed.
Printable area Maximum print area 155mm Ø diameter in four colours using 160mm Ø ink cups.
Ink cup type Aluminium cup with screw cap re-fill hole.
Ink cup seal Patented push on reversible ceramic ring.
Cliché Plate Machine can be built to accommodate various sizes i.e. 340mm x 150mm 340mm x 340mm x 340mm x 450mm, 340mm x 585mm or 340mm x 750mm
