TG150 EVC2

A large format, flexible and easy to use sealed ink cup pad printing machine utilising a transversal ink cup movement to maximise the potential printing area. The TG150-EVC 2 colour is primarily a hand loaded and unloaded semi-automatic machine although machines can be easily integrated as part of an automatic production line.

The Tampograf technology ensures minimal solvent evaporation and allows single pack inks to be left in situ in the machine indefinitely for ongoing work.

Description Single colour sealed ink cup pad printing machine with electro-pneumatic logic.
Operation Push button, foot pedal or auto cycle operation.
Print speed Maximum auto cycle speed 900 printed passes per hour (approx.) tested on dry run.
Machine set up Built in logic for set up with step by step operation for ink cup cycle and pad operation.
Ink cup size Optional, 90mm, 135mm or 160 Ø diameter ink cups available.
Ink cup type Aluminium cup with screw cap refill hole.
Ink cup seal Patented push on reversible ceramic ring.
Ink cup travel Maximum print area: dependent on size of ink cup and cliché plate used.
