The
Natgraph self contained (silk) screen exposure
units
are a floor standing cabinet type system, primarily
designed for exposing direct or indirect stencils.
These units can be safely operated in an open
room and are of a split construction, to allow
access through a standard doorway.
The glass area is fully utilised for direct stencils
with a rubber blanket mounted in the hinged lock
down frame and a powerful vacuum system with large
bore piping providing the close contact required
between the screen, photo positive and glass for
stencil exposure.
These units also come as standard with fluorescent
tube touch up lighting to enable the exposure
units to double up as light boxes to identify
and spot out any pin holes in the stencil after
it has been exposed.
